These programs have been developed for school board presidents and other school board leaders. Superintendents are encouraged to attend with their board members.

School Board Presidents Networking Dinner

This dinner is an opportunity for school board leaders to network and share best practices for school district governance. Superintendents and board members are encouraged to attend this workshop together.




Strengths Finders for Board Members

This workshop is a version of the Strengths Based Leadership Workshop offered to superintendents, but designed for board members and superintendents to attend together.

The responsibilities and challenges of board work can be daunting, and the shared leadership of board and superintendents is the strategic tool for a school district that embraces learning at all levels.

Participants will receive a copy of the book Strengths Finders 2.0, and are expected to take the leadership assessment prior to the program and bring their leadership profiles to the training.
